About This Product

High-efficiency, vibration-suppressing tool for second relief machining of press molds (blanking/trim molds) A second relief machining tool that suppresses chatter and achieves high-efficiency machining when combined with "Obakuten Ittetsu"

■Chattering is significantly suppressed even when machining a profile with 2nd relief.

When used in combination with the Otsuka Ittetsu (all carbide shank arbor), high-efficiency machining is achieved even in profile machining of the second relief section with a long overhang.

■Large depth of cut that can shorten machining time

The blade shape reduces tool load and supports large depths of cut (MAXap: φ25=18mm, φ32=32mm) while suppressing chatter.

■Reverse helix shape for excellent chip evacuation

Adopts a twisted shape with excellent evacuation that prevents chips from interfering with the trim part of press dies, etc.
