About This Product

High-efficiency, vibration-suppressing tool for second relief machining of press molds (blanking/trim molds) Combined with stubbornness, it suppresses chatter even when machining long overhangs, making high-efficiency machining possible.

■Chattering is significantly suppressed by machining the second relief part by reciprocating up and down.

Cutting resistance is released in the axial direction by thrust machining or vertical reciprocating machining, achieving high efficiency machining while suppressing chatter.

■Improve productivity and safety with unmanned machining at machining centers

Unmanned machining at a machining center achieves both safety and productivity. There are four types of tool diameters, from small diameter Φ16 to large diameter Φ40, allowing machining to match the size of the corner radius.

■Combination with stubbornness suppresses chatter and achieves high efficiency machining

When used in combination with the Otsuka Ittetsu (all carbide shank arbor), it suppresses chatter even when machining long overhangs, achieving high efficiency machining.
