■High-speed, high-performance, multi-functional FTIR exhaust gas analyzer
FAST-3000 is an analyzer that continuously measures a wide variety of components contained in sample gas discharged from various combustion devices including engines. Transient phenomena can be measured accurately with 5Hz high-speed sampling. In addition, you can reanalyze, identify, and quantify unanalyzed components by using a rich calibration spectrum library of over 240 types of sample spectra being measured.
The FAST series has been used in conjunction with multi-component analyzers by many customers and we have found that the measurements of CO, CO2, NO and THC are in very good agreement. The FAST-3000 was developed with the aim of measuring newly regulated gases such as N2O and NH3, unregulated gases that are expected to be regulated in the future, and sample gases that were previously measured with multi-component meters. It is compact and portable for the purpose of improving investment efficiency and operation rate, and is easy to move between test rooms. It is ideal for replacing multi-component meters as it does not require span gas and simplifies incidental equipment.
■Features
・The sample gas line and span gas line are one line and can be easily moved.
-Measurement is done with one detector, so there is no time axis lag between each gas.
・32 types of gases such as N2O, NH3, CO, CO2, NO, NO2, THC can be measured simultaneously.
・25 types of gases such as N2O, NH3, CO, CO2, NO, NO2, THC can be measured simultaneously.
- Sampling is possible from low flow rates to a maximum of 30L/min, and can also be used with catalyst testing machines.
・A leak test checker compatible with EPA1065 can be installed.
- Fully equipped with optional functions such as analog/digital input/output and temperature input.
・The measurement temperature can be set or changed on the screen to 113℃, 150℃, or 191℃.
・As span gas is not required, equipment is simplified and operating costs are significantly reduced.
- Easy to move and connect, and can be shared by multiple testing rooms, improving operating rates and reducing investment costs.
・Wet concentration and dry concentration measurement display is possible.
- A timer function is included as standard to eliminate loss of warm-up time.
-Equipped with an event mark function that is convenient for measurement and data organization.
