■FTIR exhaust gas analyzer (power saving/portable type)
FAST-2700 is an analyzer that continuously measures a wide variety of components contained in sample gases discharged from various combustion devices including engines. Transient phenomena can be measured accurately with 5Hz high-speed sampling. In addition, you can reanalyze, identify, and quantify unanalyzed components by using a rich calibration spectrum library of over 240 types of sample spectra being measured.
FAST-2500 is the latest model designed and developed based on the requests and advice of cutting-edge domestic customers who have introduced the FAST series and our know-how, and uses the well-established sample cell 200cc. It is a power-saving model with a power supply voltage of 200V AC, which is designed for research and development and certification benches, and has enhanced functionality and power savings.It is also compact to allow for relocation between test laboratories, increasing portability, and further improving operating efficiency.
■Features
- When measuring two locations at the same time, remote control software can be installed to run two units in parallel. (Operation, measurement value recording integrated function)
・The sample gas line and span gas line are a single line, easy to move, and energy saving.
-Measurement is done with one detector, so there is no time axis lag between each gas.
・32 types of gases such as N2O, NH3, CO, CO2, NO, NO2, THC can be measured simultaneously.
- Capable of sampling at a rate of 6NL/min from low flow rates, and can also be used with catalyst testing machines.
- Fully equipped with optional functions such as analog/digital input/output and temperature input.
・The measurement temperature can be set or changed on the screen to 113℃, 150℃, or 191℃.
・As span gas is not required, equipment is simplified and operating costs are significantly reduced.
- Easy to move and connect, and can be shared by multiple testing rooms, improving operating rates and reducing investment costs.
・Wet concentration and dry concentration measurement display is possible.
- A timer function is included as standard to eliminate loss of warm-up time.
-Equipped with an event mark function that is convenient for measurement and data organization.
- The operation screen and graph display screen are now even easier to use, with easy-to-understand Japanese display.
-More than 240 types of calibration spectrum library are included as standard.
・Equipped with our unique automatic correction function and self-diagnosis function, enabling stable analysis. Obtained a joint patent with the (Germany) Traffic Safety and Environment Research Institute (currently the (Germany) Japan Automobile Technology Organization Traffic Safety and Environmental Research Institute)
