About This Product
■Ultra-high-speed, high-performance, multi-functional FTIR exhaust gas analyzer
The FAST-2570 is an ultra-high-speed, continuous analyzer with a 70cc sample gas cell that measures a wide variety of components contained in span gas discharged from various combustion devices, including engines. Transient phenomena can be measured more clearly because of the 5Hz high-speed sampling and T90 response speed of 1sec. In addition, you can reanalyze, identify, and quantify unanalyzed components by using a rich calibration spectrum library of over 240 types of sample spectra being measured.
FAST-2570 is the latest model designed and developed based on the requests and advice of cutting-edge domestic customers who have introduced the FAST series and our know-how. This is a power-saving model with a power supply voltage of 100V AC, which is designed for research and development and certification benches, and has a compact size that allows for relocation between test laboratories, increasing portability, and further improving the operating rate.
■Features
- When measuring two locations at the same time, remote control software can be installed to run two units in parallel. (operation, measurement value integration function)
・The sample gas line and span gas line are a single line, easy to move, and energy saving.
-Measurement is done with one detector, so there is no time axis lag between each gas.
・32 types of sample gases such as N2O, NH3, CO, CO2, NO, NO2, and THC can be measured simultaneously.
- Sampling is possible from low flow rates to a maximum of 6NL/min, and can also be used with catalyst testing machines.
- Fully equipped with optional functions such as analog/digital input/output and temperature input.
・The measurement temperature can be set or changed on the screen to 113℃, 150℃, or 191℃.
・As span gas is not required, equipment is simplified and operating costs can be significantly reduced.
- Easy to move and connect, and can be shared by multiple testing rooms, improving operating rates and reducing investment costs.
・Wet concentration and dry concentration measurement display is possible.
- A timer function is included as standard to eliminate loss of warm-up time.
-Equipped with an event mark function that is convenient for measurement and data organization.
- The operation screen and graph display screen are now even easier to use, with easy-to-understand Japanese display.
