■High-speed, high-performance, multi-functional FTIR exhaust gas analyzer
The flow rate of reaction gases emitted from catalyst testing equipment and various chemical experiment equipment is small, making it difficult to measure the components with ordinary automobile exhaust gas analyzers. The FAST-1300 is an FTIR exhaust gas analyzer that can analyze sample gas flow rates with high accuracy from extremely low flow rates of 300ml/min to 5L/min, which is compatible with these experiments.
We provide calibration files for over 240 types including NH3, N2O, SO2, HCL, formaldehyde, etc. We also provide various tools for experimentation and analysis. The device is robust and highly portable, and does not require optical adjustment after movement, so it can be shared by multiple experimental facilities and can be expected to have great effects.
■Features
- The sampling interval can be set from a high speed of 0.2 seconds to any integral multiple of 0.2 seconds.
- Lengthening the sampling interval improves the S/N ratio and compresses the amount of data, making it ideal for steady-state tests.
・Achieved high-speed response and high-precision measurement with a 5.11m/200ml long optical path small gas cell and a high resolution of 0.5cm-1.
- Full of optional functions such as analog/digital input/output, temperature input, etc.
- Simultaneous analysis of 32 calibration files in real time is possible.
・Wet density/dry density switching display and recording function are standard equipment.
- Robustness proven in in-vehicle applications. Maintenance is easy as there is no need for optical adjustment after moving.
・Measurement temperature can be selected from 113℃, 150℃, and 191℃.
- We offer 9 different methods for each fuel and combustion method, including gasoline, diesel, alcohol, and natural gas.
・We provide over 240 types of calibration master files.
・All sample spectra during measurement can be recorded. You can use the recorded sample spectrum to change or add analysis gas types and re-analyze.
・Using the recorded sample spectrum, you can increase the accuracy of identification, quantification, and measurement of target gases.
・The easy-to-use Japanese display and rich graph display that allows you to see the measurement status at a glance are popular.
・Hardware and software can be customized according to customer requests.
