About This Product
This is a rapid solvent extraction device that is an improved and automated version of the Soxhlet method. In addition to extracting oil and fat from foods and feed, it can also be used to extract dioxins, pesticides, polymers, rocks, etc. Fully automated operation from start to finish ensures operator safety.
There are three types of extractors available: 2, 4, and 6 types, which can be combined and used for different programs. The extraction machine is controlled by a dedicated multi-stat controller or by Soxtherm Manager installed on your computer.
Both the Multistat Controller and Soxtherm Manager can independently operate four extraction machines. This allows Soxtherm to extract fat from up to 24 samples at the same time. Soxtherm Manager is displayed in Japanese.
■Safety design
The front door made of safety glass opens and closes automatically. The hot plate temperature is doubly controlled by software management and safety switch settings of 135℃, 200℃, and 300℃. Fully automatic operation from start to finish also ensures operator safety.
■Economy
・The rapid and accurate extraction also greatly expands the sample size tolerance compared to traditional Soxhlet analysis.
