About This Product

Esco's IPM motor has achieved high power with a volume ratio of 1/3 and an output ratio of more than 3 times that of conventional capacitor run type induction motors. Achieves maximum efficiency of 91% or more with a single motor. Direct AC input is possible in combination with a PFC power supply. Due to its high efficiency, it can be made compact considering its power. Features of IPM motor

■Small size and high output

Compared to conventional capacitor run type induction motors, it has achieved high power with a volume ratio of 1/3 and an output ratio of more than 3 times. (compared to our company)

■High efficiency/high output

Achieves maximum efficiency of over 90% with a single motor. Direct AC input is possible in combination with a PFC power supply. It also complies with high frequency current regulations. The power factor has been improved to 0.93 or higher, preventing excessive inrush current and harmonic current.

■Main specifications

・Forward/reverse rotation switching ・Variable rotation (300 [rpm] ~ 20,000 [rpm] *High speed type, arbitrary setting) ・Field weakening control (optimized operation by adjusting advance angle) ・Sine wave (150[degrees]) / square wave (120[degrees]) energization switching ・Rotation pulse output (FG), overcurrent protection, overheating protection, low voltage protection, etc.
