Our company has developed an MRI auditory stimulation presentation device and has delivered and installed it at the National Brain Institute and the Brain Research Institute attached to a university medical school. The brain research device uses MRI to study brain function by transmitting auditory stimulation signals from the ear to the brain via the eardrum and external auditory canal, and converts them into stimulation signals. Our device uses specially designed MRI headphones and inner chip earphones obtained through our research and development to faithfully transmit stimulation signals to the brain even during the high noise of MRI. . Using this background technology, we have successfully developed inner chip earphones for MRI that allow hearing-impaired people to clearly listen to voices and music such as smart horns. Earphones sold in the general market transmit sound and music directly to the eardrums of people with hearing loss, so even if the sound and music is transmitted to the eardrums of people with hearing loss, the sensitivity of the eardrums is low, making it difficult to hear. The inner chip earphones developed by our company were realized by developing a method (patent registered in 2019) that can simultaneously transmit sound and music signals to the eardrum and the brain at the same time as the eardrum obtained from the development of an MRI auditory stimulation presentation device. The sound pressure level of the inner chip earphones is over 100dB, and the frequency characteristics have been developed taking into consideration the sensitivity characteristics of the ear. MRI noise is a high noise level of 80dB-100dB that transmits auditory stimulation signals from the subject's ear to the eardrum and brain, and our inner ear chips were developed based on the same theory. If you know the level dB at which ambient noise can be heard under normal conditions in a hearing-impaired state, you can hear the effects of this developed inner ear tip/phone. The inner ear tip/phone can transmit sound and music from the eardrum and ear canal to the brain by adjusting the sound pressure level from 50dB to 110dB.
