About This Product

The optical microphone is the only one in the world that can be used in explosion-proof facilities and high-voltage environments that handle high magnetic fields, strong electric fields, gas, oil, etc., where conventional microphones used in electrical products and telephones cannot be used. Optical microphones have a completely different basic principle from conventional microphones such as condenser microphones and dynamic microphones, so they have a wide range of applications and are used in fields where conventional microphones cannot be used. ・Detect vibration with light: Light detects object vibration and outputs an analog signal from EOU
・Detect acceleration with light: Light detects acceleration and the acceleration level is output as an analog signal from the EOU.
・Highly sensitive detection of sound using light: Detects sound, abnormal noise, vibration, and acceleration using a highly sensitive optical actuator.
- Optical microphone material: Made of non-metallic, non-magnetic, non-electric, and non-EMI material, it does not cause influence or interference from the surrounding environment. No electricity is used from the optical microphone sensor to the end of the optical fiber (over 100m possible)
・Communication line material: Uses optical fiber and can be extended several 100 meters with an ST connector, and there is no attenuation.
