About This Product

■High-capacity 10M points/CH memory, high-speed waveform update of 50,000 waveforms/second, and 256-gradation display allow you to clearly observe phenomena that occur infrequently.The DCS-1000B series is a 4CH/2CH digital storage oscilloscope with high performance that exceeds its class, abundant functions, a large 7-inch WVGA wide screen, a large capacity waveform memory of up to 10M points/CH, and a maximum of 1GS/s. VPO technology with a waveform update rate of up to 50,000 waveforms/second and a 256-gradation display allow you to clearly observe even infrequently occurring phenomena.

Furthermore, the large-capacity 10M points/CH waveform memory allows detailed waveforms to be displayed even during slow sweeps. Furthermore, digital filter and data logging functions can be added by adding free applications. Additionally, you can optionally add a segment function and waveform analysis equivalent to a higher class waveform search function. All models are equipped with a USB interface, and the 4CH model also supports a LAN interface and can be controlled with a PC.

Features
■Large capacity waveform memory up to 10M/CHEquipped with large capacity waveform memory of up to 10M/CH. Large memory capacity allows detailed waveforms to be acquired at high sampling speed. It is also possible to select the memory length. In combination with the segment function, phenomena can be analyzed accurately.

■High-speed waveform update and waveform display technology of 50,000 waveforms/secondWith high-speed updates of 50,000 times/second and VPO, each waveform point is clearly displayed in three dimensions: amplitude, time, and signal frequency. Jitter and glitches can be visually detected by displaying brightness gradation according to the frequency of occurrence.

■500K points of FFT data with up to 1M waveform memoryThe FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) function displays the spectrum of the selected CH as an FFT waveform of up to 500K points. The combination of fast update and waveform search capabilities allows you to accurately observe the frequency domain.

■PUSH TO ZERO knobThe vertical/horizontal position and trigger level knobs have a function that returns them to the zero position when pressed. This is convenient because you can quickly return to the zero position when changing the range, such as when enlarging the waveform.

■A wide variety of trigger typesThere are 10 types of triggers that can be triggered for various phenomena. (Serial bus trigger is now a standard feature)
