About This Product

■ACW/DCW/IR safety standard tester with built-in 8-channel switcher

The GPT-9500 series is a safety tester with a built-in 8-channel scanner that can test AC withstanding voltage (maximum 5kV), DC withstanding voltage (maximum 6kV), and insulation resistance (maximum 1,000V). Equipped with an output capacity of 150VA (AC withstand voltage), it is possible to perform safety tests that comply with various safety standards. The built-in 8-channel scanner makes it suitable for testing general passive components, such as transformers that perform mutual testing of multiple points, and multiple high voltage tests between two points. Features

■4 models with all the necessary tests

Rather than preparing separate equipment for each test, we have a lineup of four models that package the necessary tests. By performing various tests continuously, inspection time and equipment costs can be reduced.

■Protective functions that emphasize the safety of workers and test objects

It is equipped with protective functions that protect workers from electric shock and prevent deterioration and damage to the test object. When the main power is turned on, the tester performs a self-system check to check the safety of the tester. When you press the "START" button, the device under test will be checked to see if it is properly insulated within 150ms. Additionally, the zero-crossing function prevents flashovers and arc phenomena, and the lamp function prevents deterioration of the insulation performance of the test object. If an abnormal situation occurs during the test, the high voltage output will be cut off within 150μs. At the end of the test, the test object is discharged within 200ms to prevent workers from touching the test object and getting an electric shock.

■High-visibility panel display, U/I focused on ease of use

The easy-to-read 240x64 dot matrix LCD screen, color LEDs, and buzzer sound safely support safety test work. The LCD screen displays test conditions, measured values ​​during the test, status, and result judgment in an easy-to-read manner. The LED indicator above the high voltage output terminal flashes while high voltage is being output, clearly indicating when a test is being performed.
