■Summary
The HPQ-D□□ built-in amplifier liquid leakage switch detects leaks of acid, alkaline, and organic solvent chemicals mainly in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and liquid crystal manufacturing equipment (front-end process), and quickly confirms equipment abnormalities. This is the switch to do. The thickness of the switch is approximately 10mm, making it suitable for installation in increasingly smaller devices. In addition, the switch head can be attached and detached with a single touch in order to quickly start up the device after a leak occurs.

Maintenance-free optical leak switch
Stable detection is possible by ensuring a sufficient level difference between when liquid is not detected (light incident) and when liquid is detected (light blocked). No sensitivity adjustment is required and it can be used immediately after installation. Please select the fiber type when explosion protection is required for acid/alkaline chemicals, IPA, pure water, Fluorinert, Galden, etc. Florinart is a registered trademark of 3M Company and Galden is a registered trademark of Solvay Solexis Company.
■Protect the main unit and cables with PFA
Brackets are made of PVC for acid/alkaline chemicals, and PFA (partially SUS) for organic solvents.
■Easy maintenance
Unlike the conventional detection band or paper absorption type, the recovery work after detecting a water leak can be quickly restarted by wiping the detection surface.
■With operation indicator light
You can check the switch status on the main unit. The green LED lights up when normal, and the orange LED lights up when there is an error.
