■Summary

The digital mass flow controller type F4Q is a high-performance digital mass flow controller equipped with our proprietary "micro thermal flow rate sensor" in the detection section. Equipped with a large LED that allows you to see the control status at a glance, and a liquid crystal display that allows you to see the control status in detail. Improved accuracy over a wide flow range. Add new functions and solve flow control issues.

■Understand control status at a glance

The control status can be understood at a glance by the color and blinking of the large LED lamp. You can grasp detailed information on the high-definition LCD display with a rich amount of information.

■Accuracy 1%SP in wide flow range

It can be controlled with high precision from high flow range to low flow range. Suitable for applications where the set flow rate is changed over a wide range.

■High-speed response of 0.3s over a wide flow range

The same high-speed response is achieved both when starting control from fully closed position and when changing set values. Gas ratios can be maintained even when changing multiple gas flow rates simultaneously.

■Low differential pressure structure that can also control low pressure gas

Straight flow path structure with low pressure loss. Gases supplied at low pressure, such as fuel gas, can also be controlled.

■Can be used in a wide temperature range from -10℃ to 60℃

Can be used from cold indoors in winter to around hot industrial furnaces. Even large temperature changes have little effect on measured values.
