About This Product
■“Easy, fast, accurate” tablet hardness measurement is now possible
Although it is a load cell type electric hardness tester, it is a portable size tablet hardness tester that can be easily carried around. Tablet hardness can be quickly measured right next to the tablet press. Setting up tablets is easy because pressure is applied from the side. The tablet breaking operation is programmed according to the tablet diameter, so there is no wasted operation or waiting time.
Equipped with a small but high-performance microcontroller, it has a sampling rate of 200 times/second so that even the slightest change in hardness will not be overlooked. The main unit is equipped with a simple statistical processing function for data as standard, and is also equipped with an RS-232C output, so data can be easily imported using PC software (optional).

■Data recording
Up to 999 pieces of data can be recorded on the main unit and transferred to printout or PC via RS-232C.
■Printer (*optional)
Plain paper printers, multi-function printers (with clock, statistics, and graph display functions), and small thermal paper printers can be used.
■Connection cable (*Optional)
・Dedicated cables are included for each printer.
- Compact thermal paper printers can use 2-copy thermal paper (Okada Seiko exclusive specifications)
