About This Product
It is a micro pump that can send extremely low flow of chemicals such as insulin. Depending on the application, you can choose from four different basic structures. In each type, the part in contact with the chemicals is disposable. The biggest feature is that it can provide a feedback system combined with a flow meter that can measure microliters. Along with high -precision fluid management, it is also ideal for detection of fluid abnormalities. With all types, custom support such as flow rate is possible.
4 basic structures
1. Tube pump (peristalsis pump)
The structure is simple. Control the amount of chemicals by motor rotation speed. No free flow.
2. Piezo element driving diaram pump
Thin, low power consumption. The flow of the flow is wide.
3. Electric penetration driving microsuri pumppump
Micro -lens can be used to keep the chemical solution as it is. Extremely low power consumption. High discharge pressure.
4. Shape memory alloy driving quantitative discharge pump
All disposables for each pump body. Thin, extremely lightweight.
Tube pump (peristic pump)
Unlike other companies' products, the tube is stored in a flat chip and can be attached to the drive portion with a magnet. It is very easy to replace the tube. We have a stepping motor drive that can manage high flow rate and a low -cost DC motor drive with low power consumption. Since the flow path is closed when the motor stops, there is no free flow (a small amount of leak due to a water difference).
