About This Product
It is an outer shape φ5.7mm and a revolutionary ultra -small latch -type solenoid drive diaphragm valve. The internal volume was 4.3 μL, which was pursued to the extreme to the limit. Among them, the internal volume of the dent volume that can be a dead volume is slightly 0.75 μL.
PPS and PEEK can be selected for the body material for the liquid material, and the perforo is used for the seal material, so it is excellent in corrosion resistance. The body is a nipple structure and can be connected to the tube.
