About This Product
Harmonic gear (wave deceleration machine) CSG-2UH-LW series and Oriental Motor (Alpha Step) AZ series set product (no motor is attached to the deceleration machine). CSG has a rated torque and performance equivalent to the conventional product, but has reduced the weight of about 30 % by using a new design and a lightweight member.
Contributes to the speed of robots and the portable weight.
･ Harmonic gear (wave deceleration machine)
Harmonic gears are different from the deceleration machine due to ordinary flat gears, and there is no backlash (playing with teeth). At the same time, the number of teeth is large, the effect on the rotation accuracy of the teeth and the accumulated pitch error is averaged, and high positioning accuracy is obtained. In addition, the harmonic gear has a high deceleration ratio, so the twist when a load torque is added to the output shaft is very small and highly rigid than the motor or other geared motor. Because of high rigidity, it is resistant to load fluctuations and stable positioning is possible.
･ Lighter weight of about 30 %
Approximately 30 % lighter by using a new design and a lightweight member.
･ Wide deceleration ratio
It is available from 1/50 to 1/160. If the mounting is the same, the weight and overall length will not change even if the deceleration ratio changes. Even if the deceleration ratio is changed, it is possible to minimize the time of the design change.
･ Set with AZ series
The AZ series is a stepping motor that highlights the advantages of open loop control and closed loop control. The position of the motor is constantly monitored, and in normal times, the open loop control synchronizes to the command to demonstrate high response. In the case of overload, the operation is continued while correcting the motor position by close -drooping control. A motor that balances ease of use and reliability.
