About This Product

■Features

We respond to all needs from transportation to palletizing. Each model is a standard unit that can be freely combined to meet all logistics needs, from conveyance to palletizing.

■Advantages of line configuration

The main model of the Multiveyor series, ``Counter Drive (MCD),'' has a wide variety of units. A single motor can drive straight sections, curves, merging, and branching, and by combining each unit, you can create an economical, rational, and flexible layout. We also have a lineup of free roller conveyors that transport without using power. It is easy and cost-effective, and helps save labor in all kinds of work.

■Flat/V belt drive

A method in which a flat belt or V-belt extends from the bottom of the roller, and the transport roller is placed on top of it and driven.

■Features

It enables high-speed conveyance that cannot be achieved with chain drives. Zero pressure type is also available.

■Drive roller conveyor

The drive roller is powered by a motor and is driven by a round belt that is inexpensive and allows for simple accumulation. Chain drive uses a chain to drive rollers with sprockets. Flat/V belt drive suitable for high speed and quiet conveyance. Adjacent roller drive where the rollers are driven by a motor or motor roller. Motor roller drive driven by the rotation of the motor roller itself. These conveyors support straight conveyance and curved conveyance depending on the conveyance type.
