We also have a lineup of free roller conveyors that transport without using power. It is easy and cost-effective, and helps save labor in all kinds of work.
■Motor roller drive
A method of driving by the rotation of the motor roller itself.
■Features
Since it is driven by the rotation of the motor roller itself, there is no need to install a drive unit. As with adjacent roller drive, it can be transported with the minimum machine height. Can be combined with free rollers.
■Drive roller conveyor
The drive roller is powered by a motor and is driven by a round belt that is inexpensive and allows for simple accumulation. Chain drive uses a chain to drive rollers with sprockets. Flat/V belt drive suitable for high speed and quiet conveyance. Adjacent roller drive where the rollers are driven by a motor or motor roller. Motor roller drive driven by the rotation of the motor roller itself. These conveyors support straight conveyance and curved conveyance depending on the conveyance type.
