■Advantages of line configuration
The food conveyor series is a group of conveyors specialized for food transportation. This is a product that has been carefully thought out for ease of maintenance and safety, with food safety as the top priority for food production sites where there is a lot of moisture and oil. The popular Treveya (TBC) allows you to easily replace the belt by simply releasing the auto-tension mechanism in the drive section with a lever. This allows for easy frame and belt cleaning.
■Roller conveyor
Foodveyor's roller conveyors have 15 types of free rollers and 8 types of drive rollers. Free rollers include stainless steel rollers and resin rollers. The drive roller has two types of roller diameter: φ57 and φ42.7. φ57 has a roller pitch of 75mm and 100mm, and φ42.7 has a roller pitch of 50mm. The sprocket can be made of stainless steel or resin, and can be selected between forced drive and accumulation drive according to the conveying characteristics.
