■Advantages of line configuration
The food conveyor series is a group of conveyors specialized for food transportation. This is a product that has been carefully thought out for ease of maintenance and safety, with food safety as the top priority for food production sites where there is a lot of moisture and oil. The popular Treveya (TBC) allows you to easily replace the belt by simply releasing the auto-tension mechanism in the drive section with a lever. This allows for easy frame and belt cleaning.
■Belt conveyor
Foodveyor has 25 types of belt conveyors, and with the exception of some models, the conveyor belt uses a urethane belt that is suitable for food conveyance, and a stainless steel frame that is resistant to rust. Depending on the model, the motor is waterproof to IP65 to 55, and the electrical equipment is also equipped with an IP64 waterproof box, allowing us to fine-tune support for a variety of conveyed objects and transport modes.
