Gas leaks during the manufacturing of industrial products have always been a serious problem. Gas leaks cannot be seen with the naked eye, so daily inspections are time-consuming and troublesome. The iRay G Series HD uncooled gas detection thermography camera G600 uses non-contact thermal images to detect gas leaks of natural gas (CH4), refrigerants (CFCs), ammonia (NH3), and sulfur hexafluoride (SF6). can be quickly identified.
■High-definition bandpass infrared detector for clearer gas detection
G600C: 7.0-8.5μm, G600F: Equipped with a bandpass filter with a center wavelength of 10.55μm. With a thermal sensitivity of 23mk, even trace amounts of gas can be captured. Combined with FOV23° custom lens, the spatial resolution (IFOV) is as low as 0.63 mrad, ensuring a wider working distance and reproducing fine gas details.
■Can detect various gas types
Optimized infrared bands allow detection of dozens of gases, including methane, sulfur hexafluoride, ethylene, ammonia, CFCs, nitric oxide, and sulfur dioxide.
