About This Product

■New atomization methodWith the Laval nozzle mechanism that maintains the flow rate, the taper control directs it toward the center, directing it toward the core of the cylindrical paint,

The newly designed paint nozzle and air cap, which combine three technologies, uniformize the particle size while maintaining the amount of paint ejected and atomization.

1. laval nozzle
・Achieves high atomization and high coating efficiency by maintaining and slowing down the flow velocity of a small amount of air.
・The tapered structure maintains a high flow rate of air ejected from the annular gap within a certain area.
・High shear force enables atomization of low air pressure and small air volume with low energy.
- Due to the small amount of air, when it exceeds a certain range, atmospheric resistance causes rapid deceleration, achieving high coating coverage.

2. taper control
・Evolving the atomization technology inherited from the first generation FINER.
・With the Laval nozzle shape maintaining the flow velocity, the taper control angles the paint nozzle and air cap toward the center.
The paint that comes out in a cylindrical shape is efficiently atomized toward the core and atomized with a uniform particle size.

3. Multi-stage rectification mechanism
