About This Product

■Features

・Removes relatively fine dust and moisture, and allows for compressed air pressure adjustment and air outlet branching. This is an all-in-one model that combines the functions of an air purifying device and a pressure reducing valve. ・Significantly improved performance compared to conventional commercially available products in the same class ・Flow rate characteristics (typical value) Pressure drop improved by approximately 50% compared to conventional products ・Pressure characteristics (typical value) Improved pressure fluctuations by approximately 60% compared to conventional products. Very little pressure fluctuation allows stable work such as spraying with a spray gun.

■Easy to fine-tune and pressure setting.

Changes to the internal structure, such as increasing the pressure receiving area of ​​the diaphragm, have made it easier to make fine pressure adjustments, as changing the secondary pressure by 0.1MPa only takes one turn of the handle (compared to 0.5 turns of the old model).

■Improved ease of use.

・The outlet (secondary pressure) is oriented diagonally to the front, making it easier to connect hoses. - The adjustment screw is facing forward to improve operability. ・A compatible wall-mounting bracket is included.

■The primary pressure also supplies clean air.

Equipped with a connection port that supplies the primary pressure after passing through the filter.
