Features
■0.75kW type・The maximum working pressure is 0.93MPa, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
-Extended the maintenance cycle to 10,000 hours to reduce maintenance costs.
- Belt drive reduces rotational speed and reduces noise in consideration of the working environment.
 
■1.5~3.7kW type1) Heat shield piston
・Reduced bearings at the small end of the connecting rod, which is easily affected by compression heat.
・Hollow structure aluminum piston coated with super engineering plastic.
The coating blocks compression heat, and the hollow mechanism efficiently cools the entire piston, reducing the temperature of the big end bearing.
　　　Product reliability is maintained even in high-temperature environments.

2) High temperature compatible
　　　Compatible with ambient temperature of 50℃.

3) Extended compressor warranty to 2 years
*Within 2 years after delivery under normal usage according to the instructions in the instruction manual.
It is the case when all of the conditions within 6,000 hours of operating time are satisfied.

4) Reduce the number of consumable parts
　　Reduced consumable parts such as rider rings, piston pins, and small end bearings.

5) Increase the amount of discharged air by up to 3%
Adopts cylinder offset structure to improve piston ring sealing performance and improve feather valve
(Abolishing the suction valve spacer and enlarging the suction hole) to reduce the amount of discharged air.
Up to 3% increase compared to the next machine.

■Increased amount of discharged air- Made of highly conductive aluminum alloy, the cooling fins on the cylinder cover are raised to increase the area exposed to the outside air and improve the cooling effect.
-Uses a piston ring with a specially cut joint for improved sealing performance.
- The suction valve plate has been improved to improve suction efficiency.

・Maximum pressure is 0.93MPa, suitable for more diverse applications (0.75 to 11kW)

■Improved reliability・The temperature rise of the needle bearing is suppressed by using a piston pin that has a heat insulating material molded into its outer shape to make it difficult to transmit heat.
・The valve seat is made entirely of stainless steel, reducing troubles caused by rust.
・The piston ring is made of new resin to improve wear resistance.
-Equipped with a fully enclosed outdoor fan indoor motor with excellent durability.
 
■Realization of a clean environmentSince it is oil-free, there is no need for daily oil management, and the discharge drain does not contain oil, making it easy to dispose of. (Contains trace amounts of oil and other substances absorbed by the surrounding environment.)
