Features
■Quiet and low vibrationTwo spiral blades (scrolls) perform continuous compression, suppressing vibration and noise, achieving a noise reduction of 46 dB (A). (1.5kW type)
 
■Clean environment・Since it is oil-free, you can get clean air that does not contain oil.
・Disposal is easy because the discharged drain does not contain oil. (This includes oil absorbed by the surrounding environment.)
 
■Easy maintenanceSince it is oil-free, there is no need for oil inspection or refueling work.
 
■Totally enclosed external fan motorAdopting a highly reliable fully enclosed external fan motor, it is a tough core that is resistant to dirt, dust, and moisture, and prevents problems such as insulation deterioration.
 
■Simple control & energy savingOperation is possible with just an ON/OFF switch. Economical operation is possible with the pressure switch type that automatically starts and stops according to the set pressure.
 
■High durability/long life design・Durability is improved due to the simple compression mechanism with no suction or discharge valves, and oil-free operation.
・Achieved a long maintenance cycle of 10,000 hours (or 4 years) for interim maintenance and 20,000 hours (or 8 years) for overhaul.
 
■Built-in air tankBuilt-in air tank with sufficient capacity for normal work. (Please use a separate air tank when starting and stopping frequently or when using a large amount of compressed air at once.)

■Integrated air dryerIntegrated refrigerated air dryer supplies dry air with low moisture content.
