Features
■1.5~3.7kW type1) Heat shield piston
・Reduced bearings at the small end of the connecting rod, which is easily affected by compression heat.
・Hollow structure aluminum piston coated with super engineering plastic.
The coating blocks compression heat, and the hollow mechanism efficiently cools the entire piston, reducing the temperature of the big end bearing.
　　　Product reliability is maintained even in high-temperature environments.

2) High temperature compatible
　　　Compatible with ambient temperature of 45℃.

3) Extended compressor warranty to 2 years
*Within 2 years after delivery under normal usage according to the instructions in the instruction manual.
It is the case when all of the conditions within 6,000 hours of operating time are satisfied.

4) Reduce the number of consumable parts
　　Reduced consumable parts such as rider rings, piston pins, and small end bearings.

5) Increase the amount of discharged air by up to 3%
Adopts cylinder offset structure to improve piston ring sealing performance and improve feather valve
(Abolishing the suction valve spacer and enlarging the suction hole) to reduce the amount of discharged air.
Up to 3% increase compared to the next machine.

■Improved ease of use-The built-in air tank capacity has been increased to 35L (previous model: 20L).
- Changed the door fixation from a latch type to a magnetic catch, improving the operability of opening and closing the door.
-Reduced installation space (approximately 4% less than previous models).
- The air tank uses a drain suction type and a plated steel plate to prevent the drain pipe from clogging due to rust.
- Top-side exhaust structure makes duct construction easier.

■Increased amount of discharged air- Made of highly conductive aluminum alloy, the cooling fins on the cylinder cover are raised to increase the area exposed to the outside air and improve the cooling effect.
-Uses a piston ring with a specially cut joint for improved sealing performance.
- The suction valve plate has been improved to improve suction efficiency.
 
■Higher working pressureMaximum pressure is 0.93MPa, making it suitable for more diverse applications. (5.5kW or less)
 
■Improved reliability・Using a heat-cut piston pin that is molded with heat insulating material to make it difficult to transmit heat, the temperature rise of the needle bearing is suppressed.
・The valve seat is made entirely of stainless steel, reducing troubles caused by rust.
・The piston ring is made of new resin to improve wear resistance.
・Easy to check digital display for pressure display and operating time.
-Equipped with a fully enclosed outdoor fan indoor motor with excellent durability.
 
■Realization of a clean environmentSince it is oil-free, there is no need for daily oil management, and the discharge drain does not contain oil, making it easy to dispose of. (Contains trace amounts of oil and other substances absorbed by the surrounding environment.)
 
■Easy maintenance・When the overhaul is 10,000 hours and 500 hours before, the maintenance alarm lamp will light up and the pressure display will flash alternately with the overhaul time to notify you. The maintenance cycle for 1.5 to 3.7kW is 8,000 hours.
・Equipped with a connection terminal for remote control as standard.
・All models equipped with top runner motor
