■Early burn-in prevention measures (DPKH-75F)By coating the piston surface on the HP side with a lubricating film, it prevents premature seizure due to thermal expansion of the piston even in high-temperature environments. 

■Suppression of temperature rise inside the package (DPKH-75F)By changing the shape of the air intake duct and changing the belt wheel, we have lowered the temperature inside the refrigerator by effectively taking in cooling air and reducing heat buildup inside the package. An oil paddle has been added to improve the lubrication performance inside the main body.

■Improved sound quality (DPKH-55H)Equipped with suction filter SS500A to reduce low frequency sound.

■Support for installation environment (DPKH-55H/DPKH-75F)By using the included adjuster bolts on the bottom of the package, it is now possible to install at 4 points and horizontally adjust the front, rear, left, and right sides. In addition, by adjusting the height, it is possible to move a forklift or a catch pallet (at a height of 75 mm). (Gap adjustment from the floor is 52~80mm)

■New lineup “5.5-7.5kW” second edition・Digital display of operating time, maintenance time, various settings, and alarms using microcomputer control
- Pressure sensor constantly detects the pressure inside the air tank, and can be easily changed from the control panel if necessary.
・Equipped with energy saving operation mode
・Equipped with an oil sensor as standard and can detect 7 alarms.

■Energy saving type with pressure switch method.- Adopts a pressure switch system that operates only when necessary, allowing air to be supplied according to the work.
・Durability is improved by no-load start and no-load stop when starting and stopping.

■Equipped with a newly designed two-stage compressor, high efficiency and increased durability (3.7kW or more)- The newly designed two-stage compressor has a low discharge air temperature and provides clean compressed air.
・11/15kW machines use a large intercooler to cool the compressed air in the intermediate stage, increasing compression efficiency.
