■Summary
The jet electrification experiment equipment is used to detect liquids that leak into the air during spraying during painting, granulation, cleaning, etc. at production sites, or due to cracks in piping, aging of gaskets at flange connections, etc. We have created an experimental device to demonstrate the phenomenon in which the subsequent droplets are charged with static electricity. When high-pressure steam generated in a pressure vessel is ejected from a nozzle, static electricity collects on the metal ball at the tip of the nozzle. If you connect the extracted static electricity to an explosion tube containing an explosive mixture, you can experience an explosion phenomenon. You can visually experience the danger of flammable gas exploding due to static electricity caused by ejected water vapor, improving the educational effect for factory workers.

■Dust explosion experiment equipment
This is a device for experiencing the explosion phenomenon when dust is ignited by a fire source.
Experiment details: An explosion occurs when flammable powder is spread inside a container and ignited by a fire source. You can also see the phenomenon of a secondary explosion occurring when a dust explosion occurs and the powder accumulated around it is stirred up.
■Fluid charging experimental equipment
This device is used to observe the phenomenon of static electricity that occurs when liquid flows through pipes.
Experiment details: When the kerosene in the device is circulated by a pump, static electricity accumulates on the electrodes inserted into the tank. You can display the electrostatic voltage on a large electrostatic voltage display (sold separately), or check the explosion phenomenon by connecting it to an explosion tube containing an explosive mixture (sold separately).
