About This Product

■Versatile electric gripper for palletizing and sheet pallets

Versatile palletizing grippers with wide strokes and customizable arms handle heavy boxes, open boxes, shelf-ready products and other containers that cannot be gripped by vacuum pads. The integrated vacuum gripper handles sheet pallets without changing grippers or requiring other handling methods. De-shelf grippers save a lot of design effort and reduce deployment time. Electric grippers are ready-to-deploy without the need for complex and costly external air supplies. The 2FGP20 is a powerful and versatile electric palletizing gripper. With a payload of 20 kg and a customizable arm, it can handle empty boxes and display-ready products. It also allows handling of sheet pallets without changing grippers or additional handling. The product has a wide width for easier handling of heavy boxes, open boxes, ready-to-shelve products, and other containers such as Eurocontainers (plastic KLT containers) that traditional vacuum grippers cannot handle. It has a certain stroke and an arm that can be customized. Like all OnRobot products, the FGP20 can be deployed right out of the box using intuitive programming. The integrated vacuum gripper holds the sheet pallet in place without gripper replacement or other countermeasures. The 2FGP20 gripper has a versatile payload of 9 kg (including gripper) and is ideal for food boxes, sachets and products in Tetra Pak. It is also ideal for fast-turning consumer goods such as toilet paper, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
