About This Product

■AEM-Type Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production Module

Enapter is the only official partner in Japan. To realize a decarbonized society, we will provide lower cost and more compact hydrogen generators to accelerate the spread of renewable energy hydrogen storage systems. Enoa's proprietary Hydro Manager software enables integrated management, Japanese language operation, and easy connection to external EMS. ・Low price and short delivery time compared to conventional PEM method ・AEM water electrolysis hydrogen generator delivered by Enapter partner Enoa ・Hydro Manager software that enables easy connection of external EMS ・All modules are mounted in a 19" rack for miniaturization ・Available for hydrogen generation from small to large capacity

・Module mounting in 19” rack ・Supports 0.5 to 200Nm3/h depending on combination ・Suitable for indoor/outdoor installation ・Large size can be supplied in containers

■Features: GUI and Master PLC software development

Providing an integrated processing GUI environment that allows the device to be treated as a single device even if the device is configured with multiple modules.

■Features: Development of external EMS connection function

When incorporated into a renewable energy hydrogen storage system, it realizes an external EMS connection that allows remote control without duplication or conflict with the local operator's GUI environment.

■Differences between alkaline water electrolysis, PEM water electrolysis, and AEM water electrolysis

・Alkaline Water Electrolysis ・PEM water electrolysis: Proton Water Electrolysis ・AEM water electrolysis: Anion Water Electrolysis ・Mixed with alkaline solution such as KOH (sodium hydroxide), pH around 12-14 ・OH⁻ hydroxyl group as a carrier ・Does not use expensive precious metal catalysts - Electrolyzed water has a much lower concentration (about 1%) than the 25% KOH aqueous solution of alkaline water electrolysis.
