About This Product

■Electronic load operation function

Our FCT series is equipped as standard with a current sweep operation function that is essential for I-V characteristic evaluation. You can also choose from various resistance measurement functions (current interruption method, fixed AC impedance method, AC 4-terminal method (AC superimposed resistance meter) to measure membrane resistance.

■Long-term stability of the device

It is very important to know the durability performance of the battery when evaluating fuel cells. Our FCT series has excellent condition stability. The above data shows the stability of each test condition when operating under the same conditions for a long time (18 hours). It boasts excellent stability with dew point temperature ripple of 0.4℃, gas temperature ripple of 0.2℃, and back pressure ripple of 0.2kPa.

■Constant back pressure control

Differences in piping volumes and flow rate settings for the anode and cathode devices may cause differential pressure within the battery, which may damage the MEA. Our FCT series has a constant differential pressure control function that automatically maintains and controls the differential pressure at a constant level even when testing with different gas flow rates. (optional) In addition, the FCT series can be equipped with a fixed gradient function for back pressure control to prevent damage to the MEA due to sudden changes in back pressure. (Standard feature)

■Excellent dew point transient characteristics

Although our FCT series is a simple bubbler type, it achieves high stability and highly responsive dew point control. Above data: When equipped with humidifying water external circulation cooling system (optional)
