About This Product

■Galva shield (sacrificial anode material) methodA special product that protects reinforcing bars from rust by encasing zinc in special mortar and utilizing the electrical potential difference of the metal. Creates an electrical connection with embedded reinforcing steel inside a concrete structure. This is a sacrificial anode material that uses metal zinc to electrochemically prevent rust from reinforcing steel. It can be installed for the maintenance and repair of concrete structures (salt damage, neutralization, macro cell corrosion) and newly constructed structures, and is available in many variations depending on conditions such as LCC and internal salt content. Use the Renderlock series as a cross-sectional repair material.
