■Issues related to data center coolingThe key to building and operating a highly efficient data center is ensuring each server rack receives the necessary and sufficient amount of cooling airflow. By using TileFlow, you can quickly build a thermal analysis simulation model for equipment installed in a data center. Using this model, it is possible to calculate the distribution of airflow passing through the floor panels, airflow distribution and temperature distribution within the machine room, and the cooling status of each rack. This makes it possible to construct and operate optimal cooling measures for data centers with short delivery times and low costs.

■Underfloor flow analysisTileFlow calculates the airflow pattern and pressure distribution under the raised floor and calculates the cooling airflow rate through the open tiles. TileFlow allows floor tile placement impact comparison, layout optimization, worst case reproduction analysis, etc.

■Floor flow analysisUsing the results of the underfloor airflow distribution through the open tiles, TileFlow calculates the airflow and temperature distribution above the raised floor. You can collect information such as rack intake and exhaust temperatures, hot spot locations, air conditioner return air temperatures, etc.
