About This Product

TOSK handles membrane elements from the DURATHERM series, manufactured by SUEZ of France (formerly GE Water Technologies of the United States), which have been specially developed to maximize the benefits of high-temperature operation. By utilizing membrane elements from the DURATHERM series, you can improve your membrane treatment process and improve overall system performance. 1.Cleaning and sterilization In many industries, chemical-free hot water sterilization is becoming an essential process to meet stringent product quality standards. In a membrane treatment system that handles biologically active feed water, it is possible to periodically sterilize it with hot water at up to 90°C without using membranes or chemicals that are harmful to the environment. Hot water sterilization also effectively protects the membrane surface from harmful bacterial growth. 2.Improving the efficiency of the processing process By continuously processing industrial liquids and pure water at high temperatures of up to 90℃, it is possible to increase production efficiency, as well as save energy and reduce operating costs. 3.Efficiency and cost reduction Membrane treatment operations at high temperatures do not require lowering or raising the temperature of the treated liquid in the pre- and post-membrane treatment processes, reducing initial investment costs and operating costs.

■Applications

The DURATHERM series is used in high temperature processing applications in various industries. Examples of applications for DURATHERM include purification of condensed water from thermal boilers and evaporative dryers, dehydration of high-temperature liquid products (instead of or in combination with evaporative dryers to increase effectiveness), and dehydration of high-temperature waste liquids (hot water recovery/waste liquid concentration). and so on.
