About This Product
A digitizer is a device that converts analog quantities into digital data.

- Saves space and quickly transfers collected data to a PC

・Simultaneous sampling
All SPECTRUM digitizers have independent AD converters and achieve completely simultaneous sampling. All channels have independent input amplifiers and various settings related to the input channels can all be configured individually.

・Band: 125MHz, 250MHz
・Resolution: 14 bits (for 500MS/s), 16 bits (for 250MS/s)
・Number of channels: 1/2/4 channels
・Input impedance: 50Ω/1MΩ
・Input range: ±500mV to ±5V at 50Ω, ±200mV to ±10V at 1MΩ
・Memory: 2GSamples
・Trigger mode: Channel, External, Software, Window, Re-Arm, Or/And, Delay, PXI
・Data collection mode: single shot, multi-record, gated record, ABA mode, streaming (FIFO), timestamp
・Continuous data transfer of 1.7GBytes/s is possible using PXIe interface
・Boxcar average (moving average) standard equipment
- Abundant analysis functions (SBench6-Pro)
