About This Product
A digitizer is a device that converts analog quantities into digital data.

- Saves space and quickly transfers collected data to a PC
・Insert into PC (PXIe interface)
・Simultaneous sampling
All SPECTRUM digitizers have independent AD converters and achieve completely simultaneous sampling. All channels have independent input amplifiers and various settings related to the input channels can all be configured individually.

・Sampling speed: 1.25GS/s, 2.5GS/s, 5GS/s (*1GS/s, 2GS/s, 4GS/s can be used in Special Clock Mode)
・Band: 500MHz, 1.5GHz
・Resolution: 8 bits
・Number of channels: 1/2/4 channels
・Input impedance: 50Ω
・Input range: Normal version ±200mV to ±2.5V
Low voltage version ±40mV to ±500V
・Memory: 4GSamples
・Trigger mode: Channel, External, Software, Window, Re-Arm, Or/And, Delay, PXI
・Data collection mode: single shot, multi-record, gated record, ABA mode, streaming (FIFO), timestamp
・Continuous data transfer of 1.7GBytes/s is possible using PXIe interface
- Abundant analysis functions (SBench6-Pro)
