MicroSpotMonitor MSM+ is the most versatile, sophisticated and advanced camera-based beam profiler from micro to macro, femtosecond to CW, VIS to NIR. The MicroSpotMonitor MSM+ is designed to meet the demands of the ever-growing market of applications using USP lasers (industrial ultrashort pulsed lasers) and high-intensity lasers of various wavelengths. A camera-based system measures all focused laser-related parameters, including power density distribution, with high resolution and precision.

Developing new laser sources, optimizing the optical path of focusing heads, and validating the laser performance of processing machines has never been easier or more reliable. The new "plus generation" of the proven MicroSpotMonitor offers faster measurement speeds, enhanced algorithms and new measurement modes. Fully automatic caustic measurements and new features in Laser Analysis Software (LDS) improve the ease of use of basic measurements while providing detailed information for detailed analysis of beam profiles.

■Technical

MicroSpotMonitor MSM+ is the most sophisticated and versatile camera-based measurement device for lasers from UV to NIR. Thanks to its unique design and carefully selected components and optics, the MSM+ is capable of attenuating and imaging lasers with average powers up to 500W and ultrashort picosecond or femtosecond pulses. The MSM+ uses a measurement objective to image a magnified image of the incident beam onto a CCD. The beam is gradually attenuated by a filter wheel equipped with additional attenuators and various OD filters. Laser analysis software (LDS) uses the imaged two-dimensional power density distribution to calculate information such as beam diameter and beam position. By repeating this measurement at different positions in the working area, all necessary parameters for caustic perfection are determined. Easily adjust using the integrated X and Y axes.
