About This Product
Our mini -rotary valve is a stable manufacturing line by improving the weaknesses of the conventional "butterfly valve", improving the crushing efficiency, and dropping granules in a slit -shaped shape, in the crushing granules required by pharmaceutical companies.
In the conventional butterfly valve, the burden on the crusher increased and dropped at once, and the granules were compressed and "solidified into a plate" because crushing was concentrated at once.
Our mini -rotary valve can be produced according to the piping system of each production line. It has a feathers that quantitizes in the inner diameter, and the hole to be dropped is a parallel hole shape on the roll -slit portion of the crusher.
In the past method, about 10 % of the raw material is defective, but the loss is almost lost by introducing this mini rotary valve.
