About This Product

This is a dedicated semi-automatic processing device equipped with a mechanism that allows the lower die of the press to slide back and forth, as well as a workpiece transport device. When you set the material and press the operation start switch, the transport device picks up the material and places it on the mold (lower mold), the lower mold slides to the press position, performs punching, moves to the transport position again, and the transport device The machine automatically performs a series of operations from picking up individual products after punching to storing them in the product tray.

■Press department

The underdrive system has a highly rigid 4-column structure, making it a highly stable mechanism. Additionally, the top dead center, intermediate point, bottom dead center, and depth of cut can be easily set to any position in 0.1/0.01 mm increments using the manual hand handle.

■Transport device

Materials are carried in and products are carried out after punching, and suction pads are installed separately for each loading and unloading area. The material loading and mold mounting positions, as well as the unloading and storage positions of punched products, can be set as desired. The loading section is mechanically designed around the mold, so once the position data is set, there is basically no need to change it. In addition, since the product suction head can be controlled individually in the unloading section, different values ​​can be set for the number and pitch of products on the mold and the number and pitch of the storage section.
