About This Product
■ (Economy/Compact type) High precision flowmeter
・High accuracy: Precision machined measuring chamber achieves measurement accuracy of ±0.1%. The measurement range is wide at 150:1.
・Low pressure loss: Due to high quality ball bearings and a straight flow path structure, pressure loss at each stage is lower than that of conventional gear types.
・Forward and reverse flow direction detection: Flow direction can be detected by 2-phase 90° phase difference pulse output. Additionally, 4x input allows calculations with 1/4 pulse resolution.
・High response: Supports high-speed response and follows sudden changes in flow rate.
・Output signal: Flow rate output is 2-phase 90° phase difference pulse (PNP), temperature output is Pt100Ω
・Simple wiring: Wiring inside the amplifier box is easy.
・Connection method: Pipe thread, G, NPT (optional conversion fitting available), Flange: JIS, DIN, ANSI, SAE, etc.

- A newly designed amplifier box integrates the flow signal (2-phase pulse PNP) and temperature sensor Pt100Ω. Wiring is simpler and easier than conventional types.
・Flow rate range: 0,1~525l/min (4 models)
・Using temperature: -20 to +125°C
・Working pressure: Max4MPa
・Measurement accuracy: ±0,1%R.S. (1:10 range)
・Flow rate signal: 2-phase 90° phase difference pulse output (PNP)
・Temperature signal: Pt100Ω (Class B)

ATF, CVTF, gear oil, transmission oil, power steering oil, engine oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, silicone oil, gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, light oil, heavy oil, polyol, isocyanate, adhesive, sealer, etc. *Water is not applicable
