About This Product
■Summary
The screw meter OMP is a helical gear type positive displacement flowmeter. It is a low-cost type based on the OMG series high-precision flowmeter, but uses the same screw (rotor) as OMG, so pressure loss is low and high-precision measurement is possible. High temperature specification (Max200℃) is also available as an option. Forward and reverse flow detection is also available as an option. JIS flange connections are also available.
■For diesel fuel consumption measurement, process flow management, etc.
・High precision: Precision machined measuring chamber achieves measurement accuracy of ±0.1R.S. In addition, the measurement range is wide at 150:1.
- Sturdy and precise: The precision-machined spindle is protected by a sturdy case, making the OMP sturdy and precise.
・High response: Supports high-speed response and follows sudden changes in flow rate.
・Free installation position: Straight pipe section on the entrance/exit side is not required. Additionally, the mounting position can be freely chosen and does not affect accuracy.
・Low pressure loss: Low pressure loss compared to conventional gear meters due to high quality bearings and straight flow path structure.
・Improvement of old equipment: By replacing the flowmeter in the existing equipment, it is possible to economically improve accuracy.
・Applications: Automotive parts, performance testing of hydraulic equipment, performance testing of various pumps, flow rate management and control in urethane foam, fuel consumption measurement of diesel engines, fuel pump (FP) testing, lubricating oil flow rate management
・Others: On-site display (digital) is also available as an option.

・Operating temperature: -40 to +200℃ (Ambient temperature: -25 to +90℃)
・Working pressure: MAX4MPa (depending on connection method type)
・Measurement accuracy: ±0.1% R.S. (1:10 range)
・Output: Voltage pulse (PNP) and NAMUR (EEx ia)
・2-phase pulse output (optional)
・Hybrid bearing (ceramic + SUS) standard equipment
・Connection is JIS flange or G (screwed)
