■Measurement principle and features
The high pressure flowmeter "OMH" is a screw type positive displacement flowmeter compatible with MAX42MPa. Also called screw meter or helical gear meter. The movement of the screw rotating due to the flow of fluid is detected by a pickup sensor and output as a pulse signal. The precision-machined screw is virtually unaffected by changes in viscosity due to changes in fluid temperature, allowing highly accurate measurements over a wide range.
Some people think that screw types are for high viscosity fluids, but KRAL's OMG and OMH screw meters can also measure low viscosity fluids such as fuels such as gasoline and diesel oil with high accuracy. . The flowmeter is calibrated at 5mm^2/s, which is equivalent to light oil, so it can be used in a wide range of viscosity.
Pressure loss is much lower than conventional gear meters, and noise is low. A 2-phase pulse output type that supports forward and reverse flow detection is also available as an option.

■Main applicable fluids
Hydraulic oil, engine oil, ATF, CVTF, power steering oil, transmission oil, silicone oil, diesel oil, gasoline, light oil, kerosene, heavy oil, kerosene, grease, polyol, isocyanate, epoxy, adhesive, sealer, etc. *Water is not included.
