About This Product

■NEW Type Easy, just paste ps1000 (FBG pressure sensor)

It can be used not only for models but also for actual machines. Installation is as simple as pasting, so there will be no damage. Real-time measurement of pressure on the surface of a moving object at multiple points. Unsteady surface pressure fluctuations, which have been difficult until now, can be quantified. Furthermore, by comparing the calculation results with numerical analysis results, we can expect to improve accuracy.

■W-Peak Technology W-Peak Technology

Also supports local and dynamic temperature changes. The ultimate temperature compensation technology that measures strain and temperature simultaneously. W-Peak technology is a technology that divides one black wavelength peak into two peaks. By dividing the black wavelength, strain and temperature can be measured simultaneously with one FBG. Eliminates the need for a separate temperature sensor (FBG) in conventional technology, allowing for lower costs and smaller sensors. Furthermore, since the strain detection part and the temperature sensing part are located close to each other, this is the ultimate temperature compensation technology that can instantly respond to local and dynamic temperature changes.

■Visualization system for unsteady pressure distribution

Achieves real-time measurement of surface pressure values ​​during actual driving. Using ps1000 (a surface-attached multipoint pressure sensor), we attempted to measure unsteady surface pressure fluctuations during actual driving. Arranged 191 ps1000 points according to the measurement points, created and implemented 26 sensor arrays (multiple sensors arranged in series). The data (pressure values) obtained during actual driving is used to display a contour diagram. Check out the system that visualizes driving footage and unsteady pressure fluctuations.
