About This Product

Air consumption can be reduced by up to 80% compared to exposed copper tubes and pipes commonly used for blow-off. Less compressed air means even less noise. Typical noise level reduction is 10dBA. Exair air nozzles/air jets meet OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) maximum allowable dead-end pressures and noise levels.

■Flat Super Air Nozzle™The EXAIR 2-Inch Super Air Scraper is a patented nozzle developed to remove stubborn debris and sticky materials from workplace and machine surfaces. This 2-inch flat nozzle utilizes a corrosion-resistant scraper blade to go down and scrape fixed debris from the surface before air removes it.

Suitable for removing tapes, gaskets, adhesives, labels, stickers, grease, paints and sealants. The scraper nozzle is useful for cleaning subplates, machining tables, and hard-to-clean metal chips, flakes, or discs. Ideal for use as a soft grip super air scraper.
