About This Product

Air consumption can be reduced by up to 80% compared to exposed copper tubes and pipes commonly used for blow-off. Less compressed air means even less noise. Typical noise level reduction is 10dBA. Exair air nozzles/air jets meet OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) maximum allowable dead-end pressures and noise levels.

■Flat Super Air Nozzle™Exair 1" and 2" flat super air nozzles are highly efficient and unique flat air nozzles. Patented design uses special shims to maintain critical positions of component parts. A precise amount of air is expelled from the jaw slots on a flat surface. The result is a powerful, high-velocity laminar flow of air over a wide area with minimal air consumption and noise.
