About This Product

Air consumption can be reduced by up to 80% compared to exposed copper tubes and pipes commonly used for blow-off. Less compressed air means even less noise. Typical noise level reduction is 10dBA. Exair air nozzles/air jets meet OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) maximum allowable dead-end pressures and noise levels.

■Super Air Nozzle™

Air nozzles utilize the Coanda effect to amplify compressed air flow by up to 25 times or more. Compressed air is injected through a series of nozzles around the perimeter. As the air moves along the outer wall of the nozzle, surrounding air (blue arrow) is drawn into the flow. The resulting airflow injects a large amount of high-velocity air with minimal consumption. Air is constantly vented, so even if the end of the nozzle becomes clogged, it safely operates well below OSHA dead-end pressure requirements.
