About This Product
A high -sensitivity lightweight robot that realizes people and robots coordination (HRC) without a safety fence.
LBR IIWA is the world's first high -sensitivity HRC (Human Robot Collaboration) compatible robot series.
LBR is a German word "lightweight structure robot" (LeichtbauroBoter), and IIWA means "Intelligent Industrial Work Assistant" in English.
People and robots can work with high sensitivity, open new applications, and provide a way to improve economics and efficiency.
Group Kuka's new operations system IIQKA.OS to group LBR IISY operating on IIQKA.OS can process cobot applications, from small to large -scale Kuka's lightweight robot lineup, from simple to complex ones.
LBR IISY will be included in the IIQKA PRE-LAUNCH package from the end of 2021 and will be available within 2022. Please refer to the IIQKA page for details.
High -sensitivity LBR IIWA, which can work together, has two types of lineups, 7kg and 14kg.

The position is accurately recognized, the maximum torque accuracy of up to ± 2 % is quickly installed, and small and delicate parts can be found immediately.
･ LBR IIWA control system KUKA SUNRISE CABINET enables quick startup even with complex tasks.
