About This Product

■Features

- Thin and compact rotary stage that can mount optical components up to 1 inch in diameter. ・Lightweight design using folder motor ・Unique ball bearings provide smooth, low-oscillation motion ・High speed or high resolution and abundant options The SR50 and PR50 series compact rotation stages are designed to rotate optical components such as polarizers, waveplates, and wedges up to 1 inch in diameter. The SR50 stage provides high precision rotation with a minimum travel of 0.004° using either a DC servo motor or an open-loop stepper motor. The PR50 series is less expensive than the SR50 series and is ideal for applications that do not require high accuracy. Also, the maximum speed is 20°/S faster than SR50. Featuring a lightweight, low-profile design, the PR50 and SR50 series feature uniquely designed ball bearings that provide smooth rotation and minimize vibration (± 50 μrad), and precision-polished worm gears that maintain constant driving torque of the rotating carriage. , with an internally integrated motor that provides a small footprint and facilitates integration into the optical path. Typical applications include rotating optical components in space-constrained areas, such as laser cavities, disk texturing machines, or fiber optic component manufacturing areas. The CONEX SR50CC and PR50CC are rotary stages with built-in CONEX-CC controllers/drivers that are pre-configured to an extremely high level for immediate use out of the box. The CONEX-CC is a very compact, low cost driver used in Newport's low power DC servo motor driven equipment.
